What is the program?
The Breakroom Fitness 6-week Corporate Health Coaching program is a turn-key program that offers 3 different tracks in Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness, depending on where your employees feel they need help and support. Our programs provide step-by-step support, guidance, and accountability. The programs also build self-efficacy by not just providing employees with programs to follow but teaching them information that they can implement in the future to continue to build a healthy lifestyle outside the program.
Why work with a health coach?
Behavior change is hard, especially when doing it alone. Research suggests that change should be gradual, self-motivated, rooted in positive thinking, and best accomplished within a supportive environment. This program is best for employees seeking regular movement, to reduce stress, improve their wellbeing, and to develop healthier eating habits.
What is included?
- 6 weeks of guided discussions based in fitness, nutrition and/or wellness
- Downloadable resources for each track, such as: healthy swaps for everyday food favorites, food diary and goal setting tips, carb density and healthy carb swaps, strength training plan outlining the training and recovery days/routines for each week of the program, intentions worksheet
